Dr. Brayden Redden (Osteopath)
Dr. Brayden Redden completed his studies at Victoria University, earning a Bachelor of Science (Clinical Science) and a Master of Health Science (Osteopathy).
Brayden has a strong interest in biomechanics, exercise rehabilitation, and empowering patients through education. He is passionate about helping people understand their condition and providing them with the knowledge and tools to take an active role in their recovery.
His treatment approach is primarily structural, focusing on identifying and addressing biomechanical dysfunctions that may be contributing to pain or reduced function. Brayden utilises a range of hands-on osteopathic techniques, including soft tissue therapy, muscle energy techniques, joint articulation, manipulation, dry needling and cupping, tailoring each treatment to the individual needs of his patients.
Outside the clinic, Brayden enjoys spending time with young family and friends, whether that's relaxing at the beach or getting out on the golf course.
